Having worked as functional consultant for more than 30 customers in 6 years has given me the ability to think about creative solutions to meet all the different client requirements. It also gives me the ability to understand what does work and what does not work.

The fact that I have extensive experience in configuring multiple area’s (HCM, Recruiting, Talent/Performance), including experience in Data Migration, Advanced Reporting also helps me to be the solution architect our customers are looking for
